Social-emotional learning (SEL) is crucial for children's overall development. Consisting of self-awareness, self-regulation, and interpersonal skills, SEL provides a solid foundation with long-term positive effects. Children equipped with strong social-emotional skills are better equipped to navigate life's challenges physically, emotionally, and academically.

Feelu facilitates emotional learning through engaging videos, interactive games, and personal daily journals. It equips children with valuable strategies to regulate and control their emotions, promoting empathy, compassion, and acceptance. Feelu also emphasizes mindfulness and gratitude. How to Use Feelu:

We strongly recommend using the Feelu app regularly to optimize its benefits. It is particularly effective following intense emotional experiences or tantrums as it presents an opportunity to teach self-regulation and choose calming strategies for the future.

Children can engage in guided meditation and body scanning exercises with the 5-breath meditation feature, allowing them to clear their minds and relax their bodies. This proves especially helpful when used before bedtime to promote better sleep quality.

The Kindness world within Feelu assists children in preparing for school by fostering empathy, compassion, and the ability to respond confidently to bullying situations through three simple steps.

Subscriptions renew automatically. To cancel auto-renewal, please disable it in your iTunes account settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. If the subscription is canceled in the middle of the current period, you can continue using the app until the end of that period.
